Program Counselor

Pinnacle Services is seeking Program Counselors to make a difference by working with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities and/or mental illnesses in one or more of the following locations: Chaska, Monticello, Chisago City, and Plymouth.  The primary purpose of this position is to work directly with consumers in the implementation of the written outcome plans, documenting consumers’ progress, and response to the program services and ensuring the safety and well-being of the consumers.

Prefer one year experience working in the provision of habilitation services and/or home care services to individuals; a proven ability to work with individuals with behavioral and/or physical needs. Preferred additional experience: six months experience in the implementation of positive behavior management techniques; experience in providing support to families.

A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and car insurance are required.
