Summary:

In this role, you will support Vizient's Advanced Analytics and Data Integrity team. You will monitor and track incoming purchase data for providers. You will observe data feeds for performance and processing to ensure timely and accurate calculations and metrics are delivered to downstream applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a knowledge specialist on spend data processing.
  • Work with data operations teams and across various business units to address data inquiries.
  • Work directly with support staff to assist with researching complex problems and issues directly related to Vizient's products.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries and ad-hoc analyses to support data inquiry resolutions, various quality assurance measures and reports.
  • Build and analyze spreadsheet data, including data pivot tables and VLOOKUP to provide feedback to managers and executives.
  • Track and monitor performance metrics.
  • Adjust day-to-day priorities and requirements to ensure high quality outputs are delivered and maintained throughout Vizient's provider-facing analytic solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred in business, finance/statistics, or healthcare related field.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong experience with data analysis required.
  • Experience with writing and executing SQL queries required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel required.
  • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, communication, customer service, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills required.
  • Healthcare background including supply chain, purchasing, or contracting experience, and knowledge of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) processes strongly preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$51,900.00 - $75,150.00
